This form establishes a new account with GoEscrow. This form is for Australian entities with an ABN.

Enter the organisation’s physical business address. This cannot be a PO Box.
Temporary GoEscrow API workaround: Organisation email and phone are generated by the Partners Platform because the current GoEscrow company endpoint requires organisation contact values to be unique and different from the Company Representative contact values. These generated values are submitted to GoEscrow and recorded locally until GoEscrow updates the API.
If yes, GoEscrow may request additional information. If ABN Lookup indicates a trust/trustee entity, the “As Trustee For” answer will default to Yes, but you may change it if that is not correct.
ABN Lookup indicates this may be a trust or trustee entity. GoEscrow is likely to request copies of the relevant trust deed and any trust amendment documents. If these documents are not on hand now, it is okay to submit the application and provide them later if requested.

When acting as a seller or when receiving refunds we will settle money to your organisations bank account. You may provide that now, or it can be updated later in the GoEscrow Apps.
Bank account name should closely match the organisations name. GoEscrow may remit a $0.01 transfer and request a transaction reference code as confirmation. SWIFT codes are required for international bank accounts. Further details may be requested for international settlements. A PayID must match the company and will be used for instant settlements where possible.

If selected, Section C name, email and phone details will be copied into Director 1. You can still edit Director 1 before submitting.
The primary contact email and mobile will be checked against existing GoEscrow individual accounts. If neither is already in use, GoEscrow will create the representative user as part of the ABN company account request.
Director details are shown for company-type entities. They are hidden for ABR entity types that do not usually have company directors, such as sole traders, trusts, partnerships, superannuation funds and government entities.
If GoEscrow require additional director information they will contact the Primary Contact Person in Section C.

For transactions above this limit, GoEscrow may ask for a Source of Funds Declaration. You may complete this now, but it is currently optional.
